Hard Boiled Eggs - Instant Pot
The first thing I made (other than water, as the directions say) in the instant pot was hard boiled eggs! This was because it was 9pm at night, and I was not about to create a whole meal, but I couldn't just let it sit on the counter unused. I'd heard great things about doing the eggs in the instant pot, so I was excited to try. I love hard boiled eggs (no one else in my family will touch them) but they take so much effort to make on the stove, so I rarely make them. The instant pot is as easy as they say it is, and the shells come off perfectly and EASILY!! Eggs 1 C water Put 1 cup of water on the bottom of the instant pot.
